I agree in a perfect world this would be great, but it's generally hard enough just to get your design team to do interviews, let alone for Project and Product Managers, programmers, QA, or Executive Leadership.

Plus the further these people are from the job, the less likely they will be able to ask questions that are helpful in the interview process.
