I don't think that's the issue. I think the issue is simply too many people and too few jobs. The H1-B peoplw actually have it worse because if they don't get a job they get deported.

Once of my Colleuges has H1-B status ans she has about a month to go before she has to leave. Plus they have to find an emlyer that will sponder them for work.
