I had a boss once that didn’t like ANYTHING I did. She had to rip apart every design because:

  • It didn’t fit with her vision.
  • She felt like if she wasn’t injecting HER ideas into the project, she may be seen as not doing her job.
  • She really had very little experience in the field we were working in and tried to close the gap by questioning every single decision made. Every project review was a nightmare, and every project had about 50% of her changes in it that were based on nothing more her gut feelings.
