I never wanted to be a graphic designer, but the industry is moving toward Product Designers that can do UX and UI. I totally get it. For an extra $10k to $20k they can get one employee to do two jobs.

However, I am leaning into my research skills because I am interested in problem solving and user needs. I’m selling myself as a UX Designer and Researcher even though these jobs are not as popular in today's environment.
