I used to do this to a lesser extent when I worked Manpower jobs during the summers during university.

I would always be on a factory job or something and and there was always one or two guys that felt they knew the best way to do whatever we were doing.

At first I argued but after a awhile I just gave in and let them do it their way while I watched in AWE and did very little work myself!
