I watched the documentary on Tony Robbins on Netflix and found his advice to be at about the same level as a Psychology 101 book.

If you REALLY want to learn from a great motivational speaker, I cannot recommend Robin Sharma enough. Yes, he does have seminars that cost $$$, but he offers a ton of free advice in videos as well. Please check him out.
