Last year we hired someone that was transitioning into UX from another field. All her previous work was really top-notch, so we hired here as a Junior UX Designer.

She tried really hard and I always tried to help her out, but she just wasn't picking it up. She eventually told me that she just didn’t feel cut out for this position and left on her own accord. I really respected her decision.
