My journey has been very similar. I started out by writing pieces centered around my career, but those pieces take time and research and my mental ROI was not being met.

I’ve almost exclusively switched to poetry now. I know it’s not a money maker, but most of my poems are written in 10 minutes or less. And a handful of claps gives me all the gratification I need.
