One thing that always trips me up on Spotify is I'll be listening to something, but then switch to another album. Spotify will play the first song from that album, and then immediately go back to what I was listening to before.

It's really irritating. I did find the 'queue' buried somewhere and you can 'clear' you queue, but after the redesign I can't find it anymore.
