There are SO many accounts on TikTok and YouTube where people just post clips from Family Guy, Seinfeld, or Ted Lasso.

Is this legal? Maybe it falls under "fair use?"

All I know is these accounts have a lot of views and followers, and all they are doing is using pre-made content that I would presume is copyrighted.
